RECIPE: Lean Turkey Burger

Health and fitness relies not only on your exercise routine but also on your diet. Healthy choices don’t have to be bland, they can be delicious like this turkey burger!

Directions:

–       Add the ground turkey, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, coriander, cayenne, and green onions to a large bowl and stir to combine. Use your hands to form into burger patties.

–      Heat your grill to medium-high heat and cook the burgers for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.Serve the burgers over sliced tomato, spinach, and avocado.
