We will work with you to guide you through group and  one-on-one training to powerfully and intentionally build a stronger body. Each of our clients receive a thorough initial assessment by our Clinical Exercise Physiologist which includes:

  • A Functional Movement Screen

  • Blood Pressure Assessment

  • Development of a Personalized Exercise Prescription

  • Detailed goal planning based on your individual needs

  • Group training with various types of basic equipment: Resistance Bands, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, and Body Weight.

  • Interaction with a liked-minded group of men and women who are committed to a developing new healthy  habits and achieving their fitness  goals.

Meet Our Trainers: Julie & Lou Roehn

Julie Space Roehn, CPT
Certified Personal Trainer

Julie Space Roehn, CPT, is a master certified personal trainer who specializes in training women over 50, women over 60 and women over 70.  She is also an author and speaker.

  • Julie took up strength training in her late 40’s and trained under Frank Zane, one of the greatest bodybuilders and fitness experts in the world for over 4 years and a 3x Mr. Olympia.
     
  • As a result of strength training, Julie saw a massive change in her body – she lost weight, got toned and had more energy than ever before. Having found a passion for training,  she left her Corporate VP job to pursue a career in health and fitness.
  • She has also trained under some of the greatest thought leaders of our time, including Jack Canfield and Tony Robbins.
  • In 2019, Julie combined her expert fitness and mindset training with the experienced, scientific-based training that her husband. Lou, developed to form their “Mindful Fitness” program.
  • Julie and Lou’s “Mindful Fitness” program teaches participants how to harness the power of the mind, fitness intentions and muscles to achieve a peak physique – at any age!
  • Julie is also an advocate of meditation and launched a candle line called candleosophy.comin 2019.

Lou Roehn, MS, CSCS
Clinical Exercise Physiologist

Lou Roehn, MS, CSCS is a published author and speaker and holds advanced certifications from:

    • The National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)
    • American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)
    • The American Heart Association (CPR & Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Lou’s book SCULPTED: The Exercise RX for Successwas released in late 2020. His second book, SCULPTED: The 90-Day Exercise Rx for Success, the Home Workout Edition, is scheduled to be released in February 2021.
  • Lou’s passion is to teach people over the age of 50 the safest and most effective way to develop a sculpted physique.
  • Lou is also a certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist who works in cardiac rehabilitation at a large hospital system in Southern CA. With over twenty years of experience, he is a leading expert in cardiac rehabilitation, wellness, and anti-aging.
  • During his career, Lou has trained many collegiate and professional athletes. He has also competed in several bodybuilding competitions across the country, placing as a finalist in many. 
  • A lifelong natural athlete, Lou enjoys mentoring and training men over 50.He has designed wellness programs and fitness retreats for large institutions.  
  • He also works with other health and fitness experts on publishing projects and speaking endeavors.
