Lou Roehn, MS, CSCS and Julie Roehn, CPT, are the co-founders of YouBelongStrong.com, a Pittsburgh, PA based boutique fitness center offering both private in-person and virtual one-on-one training sessions.
We are a husband and wife team – both in our 50’s – who are committed to helping men and women get in the best shape of their lives.
Julie is a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer and Lou is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist with a specialization in cardiac rehabilitation with over 25 years of experience.

Meet Our Trainers: Julie & Lou Roehn
Certified Personal Trainer
Julie Roehn is a sought-after inspirational Keynote Speaker, Transformational Coach and a Certified Personal Trainer. She works with individuals and organizations, helping them build their dreams, accelerate their results, and create richer, more fulfilling lives.
Faced with stress and overwhelm from her corporate VP job, an unhappy marriage and lingering health issues, Julie had a choice: rebuild her life from the ground up in a way she would love her life or stay with the status quo. Taking the road less traveled, she decided to go after her dream. Julie founded You Belong Strong to help others build their inner strength and their outer strength so they can live a life they love.
Julie has spent the last decade as a trainer, coach and marketing consultant. Prior to this, she worked in corporate America for 25 years holding various Corporate VP roles in healthcare, technology and call center management.
For over 25 years, Julie has continually studied and applied transformational success principles and practices in her own life. She has studied the dynamics of human potential and trained under some of the top transformational leaders in the world including Mary Morrissey, Jack Canfield, and Tony Robbins. She also worked with Frank Zane, 3x Mr. Olympia for over 5 years.

Julie resides in Pittsburgh, PA with her husband, Lou Roehn, MS CSCS. They teach people of all walks of life how to build a healthy lifestyle and achieve their fitness goals–at any age! Their one-on-one coaching and training programs are available in person at their boutique fitness studio or through Zoom.
Julie is all about spreading love and light with the people of the world and helping them tap into their fullest potential.
Clinical Exercise Physiologist
Lou Roehn, MS, CSCS is an Exercise Physiologist, Published Author and Keynote Speaker.
Lou’s book SCULPTED: The Exercise RX for Success was released in late 2020.
His second book, 90-Day Exercise Rx for Men the Ultimate Home Workout, was released in February 2021.
Lou’s passion is to teach people ages 40+ and up the safest and most effective way to develop a sculpted physique.
Lou is also a certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist who works in cardiac rehabilitation at a large hospital system in Pittsburgh, PA. With over 25 years of experience, he is a leading expert in cardiac rehabilitation, wellness, and anti-aging.

During his career, Lou has trained many collegiate and professional athletes. He has also competed in several bodybuilding competitions across the country, placing as a finalist in many.
A lifelong natural athlete, Lou enjoys mentoring and training men over 40. He has designed wellness programs and fitness retreats for large institutions. He also works with other health and fitness experts on publishing projects and speaking endeavors.
