With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience — including serving as Vice President of Product Management and Marketing for a $360 million healthcare organization — Julie understands the discipline required to perform under pressure and lead through volatility.
For over 45 years, she has studied and trained under many of the world’s top thought leaders in performance psychology, leadership, and fitness. Julie also trained extensively under three-time Mr. Olympia Frank Zane — supporting him in writing four books, co-facilitating workshops and seminars, and partnering at Zane Fit in Laguna Beach.

Lou Roehn is a clinical exercise physiologist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and published author with more than 20 years of experience in cardiovascular and performance training.
He has worked extensively in cardiac rehabilitation, helping individuals safely rebuild strength and endurance — while also training high-performing professionals who want to increase strength, improve metabolic health, and protect their long-term vitality.
Lou trained extensively under three-time Mr. Olympia Frank Zane — supporting him in writing four books, co-facilitating workshops and seminars, and partnering at Zane Fit in Laguna Beach. His approach blends evidence-based physiology with intelligent, progressive program design.
Lou’s book SCULPTED: The Exercise RX for Success was released in late 2020.
His second book, 90-Day Exercise Rx for Men the Ultimate Home Workout, was released in February 2021.
